I bet we’d make a great pair!

The best creative work rarely happens alone. Bring me into the process, and I’ll help strengthen ideas, connect the dots, and take meaningful work off your plate... without adding more meetings to it.

Connection is kinda my thing

Give me a brief, a conversation, or even a half-formed idea, and I’m going to immediately start looking for what ties it all together. It’s just how my brain works! Once I find it, that’s the idea I carry through every decision, no matter what it is I’m doing.

It’s also why my portfolio doesn’t have one “look.” I’d much rather uncover what makes each project unique than force my own style onto it. The thinking stays consistent. The creative doesn’t have to.

Bring Me In When…

...the idea feels good, but you know it could go further.

Those are some of my favorite projects. I love asking the kinds of questions that uncover another layer. Sometimes it’s a stronger concept. Sometimes it’s a better story. And sometimes it’s the one thing that suddenly makes everything else click.

...you need someone who enjoys zooming in AND zooming out.

One minute I’m thinking through the overall experience, and the next I’m adjusting a presentation deck, refining event signage, or making sure the smallest details support the bigger idea. I genuinely enjoy bouncing between both.

...you’d rather explain it once.

I ask a lot of questions up front. Not because I love meetings (I promise I don’t), but because once I understand the “why,” I can usually keep things moving without needing to come back every five minutes with another question.

...the work needs someone who can explain the “why.”

One of my favorite parts of the process is helping people understand the thinking behind the work. I genuinely enjoy those conversations where someone goes from, “I’m not sure...” to “Ohhh... now I get it.”

For a Little Context…

I’ve spent more than 20 years doing creative work in just about every form it can take. Branding, events, websites, campaigns, presentations... if there’s a story to tell, I’m probably interested. The tools have changed over the years, but the part I love most hasn’t: uncovering the idea that makes everything else click.

22+ years in creative

From startups to agencies, I’ve spent more than two decades helping ideas become experiences people actually remember.

Founding creative at Snappy Kraken

Helped build the creative foundation of a financial marketing startup as it grew from a team of six into a company valued at more than $10 million.

Independent Creative Partner

The best part of my job is jumping into ambitious ideas, helping make them stronger, and leaving the team with something they’re excited to build.

Current creative partnerships

Today, I partner with agencies, organizations, and founders to bring strategy, storytelling, and design together—wherever they’re needed most.

Think we’d make a great pair?

Whether you need another brain in the room, another set of hands on the work, or just someone who genuinely enjoys connecting the dots, I’d love to hear what you’re working on.
